The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is received and shows the full process of opening the package. The video should be clear, uncut, and without any pauses or edits. It should display the product in detail, including the invoice, labels, and packaging condition. Returns submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return or Exchange
Once the unboxing video and return request are submitted, our support team will review the case to verify eligibility.
